Is my Timepiece order made especially for me?
In order to guarantee the exclusivity of the brand, every STEFFEN watch is assembled at the request of the customer. For the assembly and test phase our workshop requires about 14 days before we can send it.
When is an "out of stock strap" available again?
The lead time of making a strap is about 4 weeks.
The moment you see a strap out of stock it will take maximum 4 weeks to be available.
Send us a message if you want to make a reservation for a strap.
What shipping methods are available?
The watches, straps or bezels will be send with UPS or Bpost (Belgian post).
Not always at home? You can choose for 18 countries for a UPS Access Point.
How long will It take to get my package?
For Europe and the United States: delivery during the day within 7 business days. For other countries: 7-10 business days.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. (only for watches)
Delivery period for straps: to keep shipping cost as low as possible we ship to you by regular post, this can take more than a week.
Don't forget, we need 14 days to assemble and test the watch!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We are currently shipping (with UPS) to more than 100 international countries including the United Kingdom, the USA, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and many others.
What about import taxes?
For all orders outside of Europe the shipping costs do not include any eventual charges by the country, like duties, import VAT and customs handling fees. We are not responsible for those charges. To find out upfront if your order will be subject to import duties, we recommend you consult the local customs office for more information.
We offer a WORLDWIDE WATCH REPAIR SERVICE.
UPS will pick up your package at your address or you can drop it at an UPS Access Point (https://www.ups.com/dropoff).
Please email us your name and address and we will organize the shipment.
Upon expiration of the Warranty Period, any services or repairs will be subject
to a service charge.
You are responsible for transportation costs, insurance and packing materials.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
• Water damage unless marked WATER PROOF
• Repairs if the watch was not originally purchased from an authorized STEFFEN retailer
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence,
unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
• Send your watch only – do NOT send the original packaging
• Complete the Watch Repair Form:

• Use proper packaging material
• Insert a copy of your STEFFEN warranty card or proof of purchase
For the reparation of your STEFFEN watch please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks from the date we receive your package.
Free Return of an Item Within 30 Days
You can return your watch for a refund, within 30 days of receiving the original order.
All goods will be inspected on return.
Caution: damaged, soiled or pre- worn items can not be returned.
How do I Return or Exchange a Watch?

Start with emailing us your name, address, telephone number and your STEFFEN Shop order number.
Step 2 – Pack Carefully
Please secure all returns and exchanges in the original manufacturer’s packaging and box with all accessories and manuals.
We recommend double boxing your return by securing the manufacturer’s box inside of another box designed for shipping.
A safely packaged and complete return is less likely to incur a restocking fee.
Be sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels on the shipping box.
